Overview
Clarks ER provides electronic repair and diagnostic services, not physical retail products. By submitting a device for service, you agree to the terms outlined in this Returns & Refund Policy.
Repair Deposit
All devices submitted for service require a $100 repair deposit prior to intake.

This deposit secures your place in the repair queue and covers initial diagnostic evaluation and processing.

If you approve the repair, the $100 deposit is applied toward your final repair bill.
Cancellations & Declined Repairs
After diagnostics are completed, a repair quote will be provided.

If you choose to decline the repair, the $100 deposit is partially refundable

Shipping and processing costs associated with inbound handling, diagnostics, and return shipment will be deducted from the deposit

Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method
Contamination / Foreign Matter Fee
Devices received with signs of contamination, including but not limited to insect activity, biological contamination, corrosion caused by foreign matter, or unsafe internal conditions, may require additional handling.

A $40 sanitation and safety handling fee will be added if such conditions are identified during intake or diagnosis

This fee covers cleaning, decontamination procedures, and technician safety requirements necessary to service the device
Warranty
Clarks ER provides a 30-day limited repair warranty on eligible repairs.
This warranty covers:

The original issue that was diagnosed and repaired

Workmanship related to the completed repair
This warranty does not cover:

New or unrelated issues occurring after return

Physical or liquid damage after the device has been returned

Damage caused by customer misuse or external factors
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Exceptions
Clarks ER reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of:

Undisclosed prior repairs or tampering

Severe damage not disclosed prior to intake
