Shipping & Deposit Policy
Deposit Requirement
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all approved repair services.
This deposit is applied toward the final cost of repair if the service is accepted and completed.
If a repair request is reviewed and declined by Clarks ER, the deposit will be refunded minus any applicable shipping or processing costs already incurred.
Submitting a repair request does not guarantee acceptance of service. Deposits are only collected after a repair request has been reviewed and approved.
Shipping Process
Clarks ER operates as a mail-in only repair service. We do not accept walk-ins or in-person drop-offs.
Once a repair request has been approved and the deposit has been received, the customer will be provided with shipping instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
Prepaid shipping labels may be issued through different carriers depending on location, cost, and availability. Carrier selection is determined solely by Clarks ER to ensure the most efficient and reliable shipping option.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging their device before shipment. Clarks ER is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging during transit.
Return Shipping
Once a repair is completed and final payment has been received, the device will be returned to the customer using a tracked shipping service.
Return shipping method and carrier will be selected by Clarks ER based on speed, cost, and reliability.
Tracking information will be provided once the device has been shipped back to the customer.
Important Notes
- Shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier performance and location
- Clarks ER is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors
- Devices will not be returned until full payment has been received
