Warranty & Refund Policy
Warranty Coverage
All completed repair services from Clarks ER include a 30-day limited warranty starting from the date the repaired device is delivered back to the customer.
This warranty covers the original issue that was repaired. If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, Clarks ER will re-evaluate the device at no additional labor cost.
The warranty does not cover:
- New or unrelated issues that were not part of the original repair
- Physical damage after the device has been returned
- Liquid damage, impact damage, or user-inflicted damage after repair
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications performed by third parties after service
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of electronic repair services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Deposit Refunds
A $100 deposit is required for approved repair requests.
- If Clarks ER accepts and begins a repair, the deposit is applied toward the total repair cost and is non-refundable
- If a repair is declined before work begins, the deposit may be refunded minus any applicable processing or shipping costs incurred
- If a customer cancels after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable
Non-Returnable Service Conditions
Because Clarks ER provides a service rather than a physical product sale, completed diagnostic and repair work is non-returnable once performed.
Once a device has been inspected, diagnosed, or serviced, the customer is responsible for any agreed-upon service fees.
Turnaround & Expectations
Repair timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on parts availability, workload, and device condition.
Clarks ER is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or shipping carriers.
