Request a Repair
Before submitting your device, please review the information below so we can process your request as efficiently as possible.
How It Works
Submit your repair request form
We review your device and send an approval email
If approved, a $100 deposit invoice will be sent via email. Once approved and payment is successful you will recieve a pre-paid packing label to mail your device with.
Note: If payment is sent after 6PM M-F there is a chance you wont recieve the label until the follwing business week
Once received, we begin diagnostics then follow up with repair a quote
Repair Deposit
A $100 deposit is required only after approval. This deposit is applied toward the final repair cost.
What You’ll Need to Provide
To help us accurately assess your device, please include:
Device type (console, laptop, etc.)
Brand and model
Serial number (if available)
Detailed description of the issue
Any previous repair history (if applicable)
Photos & Videos will be requested upon request approval.
